Does anyone want to try to calculate how much money google is losing every second YouTube is down? It must be astronomical, on the order of Amazon.

As a YouTube Premium user I will be supporting them through this tough time.

Amazon's revenue is ~10k/second.

Based on a recent 15B/year YouTube revenue figure I found, that would mean ~$500/second.

That's "peanuts" then, a couple of millions for `~1h down.

Early evening in North America is probably particularly valuable time.
