Gun-Toting Couple Sues Photographer over Photo They Used as Christmas Cards

It seems everyone in this story is petty and unredeemable.

And copyright law for pictures and music is disgusting.

This is is a great article on why you should hate journalists and the media.

They are arguing it's ok to legally attack/bill someone who uses a photo on a Christmas Card of themselves.

Then they argue it's ok to break the law and photograph people against their will, as part of the above.

You could talk about at 1000 copies it's probably for business use and the trespass I think was on a private but shared land.

But they are such awful people now they don't even feel the need.

Seems like you shouldn't be able to photograph me and my property without my permission or waiver and then claim commercial rights to it that go so far as to exclude myself. Don't care what the law is but the sniff test don't pass for me. Even hidden camera shows eventually get participants to sign off.
