AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Linux Performance

passmark shows about a 25% perf increase between R5 3600 and 5600x... the R5 3600 was available at launch at USD200 and in dropped to as low as 160 https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+Ryzen+5+3600&id...

25% perf increase is no doubt absolutely great but doesn't justify the price premium of 300USD... esp for a mass market, workhorse CPU

I upgraded to a 3600 after 10 years. Zen3 is the last gen CPU that'll work on my B450. I'll easily wait for a couple of years for the zen3 :)
