Hi everyone, I'm the creator of JUST SCREAM! I am calling it a public sound art project. My goal was to create something playful yet responsive to the often overwhelming feelings of anger, fear, resentment, frustration, and helplessness that many people are experiencing right now. I am an elementary school teacher but have been coding for my own amusement since third grade.

I hope you can find a moment of joy in this ridiculous project. Please take a moment to let me know what you think. (And if you find any bugs or areas for improvement, I'd love to know that as well!)

I did enjoy this, not screamed though.

Glad you enjoyed it! Unsurprisingly, most visitors do not scream

Always nice to see unique things posted! I like the error page

Thank you! Nothing screams HTTP ERROR like a whole lotta hot pink

Unfortunately I can’t listen to the screams on iOS. Not sure if it’s because my phone is on silent. (The toggle switch broke long ago.)

Would love to have a link list to the raw audio files.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll work on providing those files.
