That's basically the existing RPi desktop kit minus keyboard/mouse (RPi, case, power supply, HDMI cable) — it does bluetooth OOB. Which you have been able to get for a long time.

So, they already did it. This is a new, extra thing.

I think an existing RPI 4 in one of the many available cases would do what you need there. It already has bluetooth built-in.
