Pants 2.0.0 released – Concurrently cache and orchestrate modern Python builds

In particular, it's worth noting that 2.0.0 is a ground-up overhaul of Pants with a Rust core (but that wouldn't quite fit in the title!)

Having used the dev versions, Pants is the best Python build tool out there! Looking forward to other exciting features.
