Covid's cognitive costs? Some patients' brains may age 10 years

Seems as if every time I hear about post COVID issues, it's a non-peer reviewed study. Does anyone know of any concrete sources that have been reviewed?

It's the media reporting tenative studies as sound science.

Covid Toes, multi system organ damage, 10 year brain aging, evasion of the immune system....the media is really having the field day with this.
