ClipDrop AR Copy Paste

Meanwhile, this seems like one of those things that regular people might just expect computers to do. It doesn't even look complicated - of course cut and paste should work like this! And after it gets used a little more, copied into standard office software in some form, it might seem weird to view it as a surprising innovation.
It just looks so ... boring and obvious. So of course it's brilliant!
As always, there is a relevant XKCD: https://xkcd.com/1425/
Kudos for the developers to fill this gap.
Testing it, the accuracy of the of automatic cropping is on point, it didn't seem to have issue distinguishing items of the same color (for the most part). I couldn't test the drag and drop feature.
When saving the image it does not specify a file format, but to only save as png. It would be nice if the save window specified a format instead of "All files".
This is a solution looking for a problem.
Graphics designers, product advertisement creators, eBay sellers, interior designers, asset monitors, I can think of many people who use this, as soon as I saw this article I sent it to 4 friends who thought it was the coolest thing and wanted it straight away (and thought it was underpriced)
This was before I saw your comment which made me laugh out loud
It's hard to get something in a room without other things around it in practice.
It's not AR, but meh, whatever sells.
Not sure of a use case. eBay? It could be big, but can't think why. Not sure how you could meme it. Pictures of food?
It reminds me of advice that zoom on the (phone) camera is not necessary because the quality is the same zoomed out and you can just cut it later, expect that advice sucks because editing later means it won't get done, anything you can do straight away is a good idea.
Otherwise this is awesome and can save a bunch of time.
Wonder why.
