It depends. Are those butter spreading knives? They mention other weapons as well. I don’t have enough info but I’m sure there’s some rule of law involved there so any innocent party has a chance for a fair trial

The person will get a trial, but I don't think you're being particularly honest when you throw out unsupported arguments that the "weapons" the police confiscated were "butter knives". You're just inventing a strawman that is incredibly unlikely.

Don't forget that the more deadly attacks recently have just been using vehicles to run people down. No special guns necessary to go on a killing spree.

I think you took my argument the other way around I meant it. The butter knifes was sarcasm and personally suspect they found real weapons but I don’t have any info on that so can’t be certain. I also think some of these radicalised youth are extremely dangerous and the rule of law is sometimes incapable of tackling the phenomena but I still believe it should be the rule of law and not some adhoc citizen militia to come to rescue

The other weapons are probably a scissor and some forks.
