A Game Designer’s Analysis of QAnon

Every time I see this article it's been upvoted a couple hundred times and I don't know why. It doesn't really bring anything new to the table, it's just one way to see the qanon thing.

I looked into qanon a couple days after he started posting and I concluded it was completely fiction, probably a teenager pranking /pol/. Had there been no mainstream coverage of qanon it would have died there, but sites started talking about it which drew the crazies over to 4 and then 8chan until the Christchurch massacre caused 8chan's shutdown and rebirth. Qanon is nothing more than a story of loonies that should be pitied and irresponsible journalism.
