On Using MLIR for Verona

MLIR and Verona are both ambitious state-of-the-art compilers projects and it's interesting to read about the intersection of the two.

I've been planning a language project to be implemented in MLIR, once I have some more free time. The dialect mixing is an attractive approach that allows for progressive IR lowering and I'm excited to use it.
