I agree with it all, except the last point, and with it's inclusion this loses it's strength as it seems to indicate violence. Perhaps "peacefully resist" is an alternative everyone can agree with. Nobody wants violence

Sure, and sit ins are peaceful. But it should explicitly say "peaceful".
