I was thinking European separation, but I can't seen any indication on the page that would confirm it.
That has to be a typo. 100 MHz frequency ≅ 3 m wavelength in air. 100 kHz would have a 3 km wavelength, which is relevant for power transmission systems but not a device that's less than 1 m^3 in volume as in the illustration.
Hz are metric system (well, both, but identical, Hz are 1/s). It's a typo.
