A bunch of the comments in that Twitter thread are from Swedish people pointing out that colleges did close, about 50% of the population chose to social isolate or home-school kids, etc. That it wasn't like no one did nothing.
And of course, there's the NY Times or various other folks questioning if Sweden really did all that well.
