What the spun-off company does that main IBM won't do? Seemly IBM will focus on "hybrid cloud" that is mixing cloud services with mainframes...
And the spun-off company will take care of upgrading people TI, including selling mainframes?
I am understanding something wrong here?

It's that last group, Infrastructure Support, that is being spun off.
