You say "tech" industry. Surely you mean "advertising" industry.

Microsoft, Apple and Amazon aren't really advertisement companies. Most companies are not.

the app store is like a genius innovation in advertising, one that advertisers have no choice but to pay for & where pricing is commission based.

imo the apple has gone bad.
