Ask HN: Is there a website where people post PROBLEMS they want Entreps to solve

A lot of entrepreneurs work on ideas with technology looking for problems. It would be nice if there are list of problems that we can read like hacker news style or product hunt style where people postproblems they have or need tech entrepreneurs to solve it. Might give the entrepreneurs users with actual problems to test if the product works.
