It seems like a reasonable hypothesis to see Qanon as a form of cyberattack by a hostile state actor.
While I'm sure state organizations like FSB, CIA, MI5 do attempt to influence the Q-anon movement, it's obviously become a genuine popular movement akin to the satanic panic of the 80's.
Agreed - it has definitely taken on a life of its own.
