A disordered rock salt anode for fast-charging lithium-ion batteries

Paper seems to be available from here[1].

Not my field so not quite sure what to make of it. Voltage profile is much different with a steady drop of voltage, down to 0.01V over the course of discharge without damage. Their claim is that it has minimal capacity decay over 1000 cycles, owing to its low volume change during cycles.
