AZ is ridiculously anti-ordinary person in its laws and structure. Rental laws are tilted completely in favor of the landlord, employment entirely in favor of the employer, etc. Your small comfort is that AZ driver's licenses don't expire until you turn 65 so your DL photo will be increasingly out of date as time passes.
