Tesla makes combines a set of off the shelf set of parts in a plastic bottle, causing an engineer to go "I'm amazed anyone would bother doing this for no discernible gain on such a mundane set of parts" and people misinterpret the amazement and tout it as an engineering marvel and say that's exactly why they deserve their asking price
