Ask HN: Best RSS to Newsletter service for small blogs?

Hi, what's the best rss to newsletter service for small blogs nowadays?

I have a static website and I am looking for something to give readers the option to follow my posts via email as well, but I'd rather not spend time in crafting a newsletter and just automate on top of my rss feed.

Bonus point if the service can also handle feed stats.
