Probably not since this is chrome specific. If it becomes a standard and publishers start blocking/restricting browsers that don’t support it well, that would be a different story.

In the Intent to Implement [1] I see:

Firefox: No public signals

Edge: No public signals

Safari: Public support. General support for the idea during TPAC 2019 discussion.

https://mozilla.github.io/standards-positions/ says they're not sure yet: "This API depends on the Privacy Pass protocol, for which we have deferred our position statement."
