Mid-30s. I realize this isn't a sustainable way to live, but I'm hoping to be retired by 40.

I recently watched this TED talk https://www.ted.com/talks/matt_walker_sleep_is_your_superpow... and was shocked how unsustainable such a way to live actually is.
