Ask HN: Is possible to find the noise-less life with a headphone or similar?

For some reason I have never make the connection with insomnia and lack of focus with the ambient noise, until the neighbors move and left my house alone. Suddenly, I sleep way better, can weak up in the morning and all the bliss.

UNTIL

the pandemic have bring everybody in the block.

Too much noise now.

The main thing will be confort. I don't hope to be able to wear something all day but if can mute out 2-4 hours I will be very happy.

My budget is tight now, so hopefully not more than US200.

Is ok if is just making silence, not for listening music (I only blast hard rock for half hour daily, tops).
