My name is Ashwin. My company just recently went remote-first. All of a sudden, I am taking care of my 25+ team members, completely remotely.

This has led me to research and learn more about remote work. And future of work at large.

Through this newsletter, I want to share my learnings with you. I curate and summarize 3 long form articles from publications like HBR, WSJ, The Oxford Review, Economist and more, in each edition.

My focus is to share content that adds to our imagination on how the future of work may look like.

It's called Remote it Out. You get it in your inbox every Monday and Thursday. It's free for the first 1000 subscribers.
