I use Siri regularly to add reminders and control Apple Music while I’m driving and that’s about it. Hands free is the only utility IMHO.

Somewhat related, there is "keyboard free" usage for e.g. AirPods and HomePods. Music is a major usage domain for both, the former can also be useful for maps.
