Add these 2 lines into .profile or .bash_profile
alias work='sudo cp -f /etc/hosts.work /etc/hosts'
alias play='sudo cp -f /etc/hosts.play /etc/hosts'
If you don't want to sudo, chmod /etc/hosts.
