No, and I’m not a liberal either. I’m more anti-conservative than anything else. Violence is all they understand, so let them have it. More broadly I can see that the divide in this country won’t be healed by anything but violence. It’s not at all clear who wins, but what is clear is we cannot come together until we get this out of our system.

Your point was some set of facts. My rebuttal is: so what?

Well I’ll just say that if you were lasing real violent people in the eyes, like the okc bombers, then I would maybe look the other way. That’s all.

I wouldn't. I want to live in a civilized society, not some Mad Max movie.

If someone needs to be punished, or even killed, it needs to be done under the legitimate auspices of the legal system.
