I don't agree with Like. It's good for socializing, but not for this.
I've never heard anybody say they 'like' an article from Wikipedia, but they might find it interesting, so they'd +1 it.

So it is more generally useful. One could +1 a news article about an earthquake or horrific disaster, but might be reluctant to Like it.
