Ask HN: Heroku status green but 10x increase in routing errors since July 13

Since July 13th at around 1am UTC, about 1% of our traffic does not arrive at the server and returns HTTP code 0.

We see no increase in errors in the server logs. We only see the errors in our client side Sentry logging.

Is anyone else seeing this? Does anyone have ideas?
