I want to buy your old/dead SaaS application

Hello everybody, I'm been in the e-commerce field for awhile now and I'm looking to branch out. I'm looking for any up and running SaaS app that you started, but it didn't work out the way you wanted. I would like to buy it and take it off and your hands and try to breath new life into it. This is win/win I can pick of a site on the cheap and you can recoup some of your costs and not have to watch your baby die. Let me know if you got something.
