Jae is thinking in exactly the right direction. The challenge I feel is not building a better EMR - but rather its convincing hospitals that their EMRs really really suck and the $MMs they spent on "Traditional EMR" was all a waste.

I think in this industry its all about understanding the environment of current medical practice and re-engineering it piece by piece.
