I’m curious, why is that ironic? Removing Boost dependencies in favor of modern STL is a common and healthy chore.

Of course. Just the parent mentioned his other prominent projects - which are several Boost libraries actually.

I just compiled this on windows and a full build after cloning the repo took about a minute.
