Who loves their child's teacher?

Hi parents, I need your recommendations. I'm looking for a very passionate, popular, highly skilled and experienced elementary school teacher (Experience with grades prek-3rd) who is frustrated with the way school is planned for next year and would be interested in joining me in starting an innovative remote learning program for new homeschoolers involving a combination of personalized curriculum, group meetups and 1-1 teacher interaction. If your child's teacher is amazing and might be interested in an opportunity like this, I'd really appreciate recommendations. This person absolutely must be a champion for play-based learning, parent participating in learning, project-based learning, STEAM #metoo #blacklivesmatter, democratizing education and bringing social justice issues into the classroom. Pay would be highly competitive for the right person and can be a combo of salary, equity, commission or just salary. We will make it work for the right person.
