The hatred for ‘Karens’ is out of control

This article is very far from truth. The Karen stereotype started and continues solely because there are tons of obnoxious, entitled people who just like to make other people miserable for no reason.

Just watch a few of the thousands of videos of someone making a scene because they don't want to wear a face mask or don't like when a 7 yo kid makes a chalk drawing on the street.

The trend is driven by these people's antisocial behaviour and I don't see anything wrong in condemning those acts.

BTW, the term Karen is also widely used to refer to men who act this way. It is not directed exclusively against women.
