I don't see why -- he's pretty consistent, and it's interesting to see his framing/narrative evolve.

It reads like a constant self-congratulatory victory lap.

Consistent and evolving? Seems contradictory.

I think the mental model is consistent, but the explanations and examples evolve.

Obviously like all models, these approximate reality.
