It looks like an advertisement of PureVPN. Anyway, advertising VPN as a means of protection against DDoS seems a bit ridiculous to me. The victims of DDoSes are usually websites and company networks in general, nobody bothers with DDoSing a private person's client network, and even if they did, it's trivial to switch to another network in seconds - most households have several mobile phones that can be used as hotspots. So why even bother? Much bigger problem for home connections is participating in a botnet, but that's another story.
