Reading more about the methodology, it is hard for me to extrapolate your conclusion. For example, interactions are all interactions. It could be that many people comment negatively on the subject of the post, which by this methodology would be construed as support for that topic.
It's also a rival and a source of succor for media companies; in some ways, media companies have a child-parent relationship with Facebook.
The critics seem content with Twitter because it flags a RealDonaldTrump tweet from time to time. Perhaps Mark simply needs to do that to silence criticism of its platform?
Twitter has traditionally given world leaders (like the president) a pass on their community guidelines that bind every other Twitter user. Twitter is now slowly correcting that, but it's only becoming visible with world leaders who had previously received a pass.
