Ask HN: How much should I realistically expect for selling do.pe?

I bought the 4 letter domain do.pe ~10 years ago now when I was a way more into smoking Cannabis than I am today.

Never turned it into anything than a couple of side projects and it's been sitting vacant ever since. (Shoot me, I know, I hate squatters too... but I am too poor now to just let what I assume to be worth a few bucks expire and go back into the registrar pool... they'd probably just auction it off if I did that anyways)

I've been wracking my brain for months now trying to figure out what to do with it and I keep coming up with nothing so I figure I may as well sell it.

A) How should I go about doing that? Throw up a sales page with contact information on the domain? List it with sedo/similar?

B) How much should I realistically hold out for in terms of price for this domain?

I am not a domain broker... never sold a domain name in my life... so I honestly have no idea how to even price it.

I had an offer of $10k USD a few years ago which came directly through my email registered to the domain WHOIS.

I turned it down because I still had hopes and dreams of using it back then but I no longer do.

Probably should have taken it... :/

Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
