Marketplace is accessible.

A marketplace is available, not the MS marketplace. Some extensions are missing apparently due to licensing restrictions.

You can always keep VSCode and make a symlink on the extension directory (~/.vscode and ~/.vscode-oss for vscodium) so you can access the MS ones.
