Tell HN: Searching for localhost on Chrome restricts to Google Cloud

If you type "localhost blah blah" on Chrome's address bar, by the time you finish typing "localhost", Google Chrome automatically restricts the search into GCP's website(!).

I tried it on Incognito and observed the same behaviour.

Is it just me, or is this normal?
