Ask HN: What are the 3rd-party services to backup a phone?

Hello, I have an iphone and did several backups on my Mac (Catalina, latest version). For some reason these backup aren't recognised by Finder anymore (backing up used to be through iTunes but they removed it). Without backups I had to reinstall all my apps, setup again all my 2FAs and banking security apps... massive pain. To avoid this again I'm looking for external third-party services to backup an iPhone or an Android phone (so not Google or Apple, but something like Dropbox maybe? that could be specialised in phone backups) If you know anything that actually works to backup phones, please let me know. Thank you.
