Ask HN: What Poka-Yoke would you share?

I just learned about Poke Yoke in one of the latest HN submission: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=23142502

Immediatly I though about all those I use in my life: taking pictures before dissassembling or shopping, putting things to take out in front of the exit door, staching specific object always at the same place like a pocket or a drawer, using tricks from the checklist manifesto or GTD, setuping linters and type checkers for my code, abusing conventions for UI design, etc.

I'm sure there are many that you used, or encountered in the wild, and I would love to hear about it.
