Ask HN: Time To 2K Survey: How long did it take your SaaS to reach $2K MRR?
Here's the blurb:
> The goal of this survey is to surface how long it takes the average bootstrapped SaaS company to reach $2K MRR, as well as what commonly increases the amount of time that takes. Ideally, this data will help indie hackers everywhere to set expectations properly and avoid making common mistakes.
> This is a fully anonymous survey, and the results will be publicly posted on May 19th at https://tt2k.now.sh, and directly on Hacker News, Indie Hackers, and other popular bootstrapping communities.
> On behalf of indie hackers everywhere, thank you for your interest.
You can also see the questions here:
1. How long did it take you to reach $2K MRR?
2. In hindsight, what would you have done differently to decrease the time it took you to reach 2K MRR? Or, what action(s) took up the most time, yet generated the least return (following the Pareto principle)?
3. What does your SaaS do? (No need to get into great detail, but it would be good to know the basics)
4. What is your MRR now?
5. How long have you been working on your SaaS?
