Ask HN: Google with rank-able search results?

I wonder what if google let us rank their search results, so we can find more accurate search results according to our preferences. Especially, on content searching, it's hard to find no-fluff content these days.

Contents are on SEO steroids everywhere :)

Why google don't let users give feedback? Do you think it would be better?
