How many flights does South Dakota receive?

A tiny number compared to NYC or Seattle. Yet, the state hasn't issued stay-at-home orders, and now they have a major outbreak.

So far, they've had 10 deaths. The total projected number of deaths through August 3rd is 93.

New York is projected to suffer 23,232 deaths for the same time period.

The Smithfield outbreak was in an essential industry factory (food production) which would not have been subject to a general lockdown.
