Ask HN: Favorite Recipe to Cook at Home?

I have been doing a lot of cooking while working from home.

My favorite recipe among the family has been this lasagna recipe

I reduce the Parmesan cheese to only a quarter cup as the recipe as is comes out too salty. I also use two or three other sliced cheeses. If your having trouble finding shredded mozzarella, you can get slices in the deli area of a grocery store.
