They are both my comments and both are similar but different, lots more info in this one. I used parts of the other because it is the same topic.
Where do you see the upvote/downvote counts on HN?
Greyed out means zero or below.
Correct. But if you click on the comment's timestamp to go to its page, the text should be black again so you can read it.
Thanks @monocasa - I do see the grayed out text and can associate that with down votes. But I've also seen people commenting on Non-grayed out comments that people are downvoting it. It feels like they're seeing something I don't.
