ASK HN: How to Pivot the Business

We are a small startup working in digital/non digital outdoor advertising. Since the onset of COVID-19, there seems to be no place for outdoor advertising (for only a few months hopefully) with people staying in their homes. And the thing is with everything uncertain, we just can't afford to sit idle or work on our product without any revenue. So we were discussing on pivoting the business. I was hoping the HN crowd could also give me some insights on how to reshape the business to counter this situation.
